INCLUDED IN THE RATES

VAT = Value Added Tax (in Italy the same is presently equal to 20% and our rates are already inclusive of such percentage)

RCA = Civil Liability (In Italy it is mandatory and all of our vehicles have this insurance included in the price)

CDW = Collision Damage Waiver , which is the reduction of responsibility of the Client in the case of damage to the vehicle.  The price that we publish always includes such insurance up to an amount (deductible) that varies depending on the category of the vehicle

TF =  Theft Protection, which is the reduction of the responsibility of the Client in the case of theft or the car catching fire.  The price that we publish always included this type of insurance up to an amount of (deductible) that varies depending on the category of the vehicle.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE

Elimination or an extra reduction of the deductible for damages = an extra cost which permits the elimination or reduction of the deductible in the case of damages.

Elimination or extra reduction of the theft deductible = an extra cost that permits the elimination or reduction the deductible amount in the case of theft.

Elimination or reduction of the deductible for damages and theft = as above in both cases Driver insurance = an extra cost that insures the injuries sustained by the driver of the vehicle

OTHER SERVICES

Delivery at another office = an extra cost which is equal, with the exception of particular cases, to the cost to bring the vehicle back to the office to which it belongs

Delivery and/or pick-up at home = an extra cost that permits the delivery and/or pick up of the car at a place requested by the Client (The cost varies in function of the distance and the locality)

RATE CALCULATIONS

Limited or unlimited km = different types of rentals.  Our rates are always published with the km limit per day.  In the case that the total km available is surpassed (X days with km available) an amount is charged for each km exceeding that amount, which varies according to the category of the vehicle.  Instead, by choosing the type of rental with unlimited km, the extra km will not be charged but the base rental rate will be higher.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATES

Gas: The gas consumed is always payable by the Client.  We ask you to always deliver the vehicle to us with a full tank of gas in order to avoid charges for gas consumption and service.
